USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THESE SERVICES. ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM
RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF SUCH LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM
IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE,
(EVEN IF HOUSE DEVNOH, INC. OR ITS PARTNERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY
WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE HOUSE

DEVNOH, INC. SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE HOUSE
DEVNOH, INC.. SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE
RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE HOUSE DEVNOH, INC. SERVICES OR
RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE ISOREGISTER.COM SERVICES. THIS
LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF
PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA.

materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our web site or the
server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful

site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

Income Guarantee:
House DevnoH, Inc. makes no claim regarding income guarantees or results
from using its services or any partner services. You are joining House
DevnoH, Inc. as a member and if you so desire, you may upgrade to paid
membership. However this is not mandatory and you will have complete access
to all free download resources and information as a free member.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your House DevnoH, Inc. membership at anytime you desire,
however there will be no refunds for any charges processed within 36 hours
of your cancellation notice. The act of canceling can be made via email or
USPS, however the act of canceling does not constitute an automatic
cancellation of your billing. If you cancel after a payment has been
processed, there will be no refunds for that payment. Cancellation requests
must contain your name, username and date joined. If any of this
information is missing, the cancellation request will not be processed and
you are liable for all membership fees until House DevnoH, Inc. receives
required information.
Refunds:
As you may get immediate access to hundreds of ebooks and software
products, under no circumstances will House DevnoH, Inc. refund any money
for any reason. You are agreeing that you are purchasing a membership to
House DevnoH, Inc. by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation
by anyone associated with or not with House DevnoH, Inc. In addition, you
agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by House
DevnoH, Inc. to your credit card, PayPal account or any other payment
processing listed at House DevnoH, Inc. today or in the future. THERE ARE
NO REFUNDS.
